Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available for your region).

Please note that we work with multiple international suppliers and logistics partners to bring you unique products at competitive prices. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary:

International Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. However, depending on your country’s import laws, your package may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will do our best to provide a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking link to become active. Some international packages may not include tracking, depending on the shipping method used and the region.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If you realize you’ve made an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stuck Packages
In rare cases, a package may get delayed or lost during international transit. If 45 days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please reach out to our support team. We will do everything possible to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund where appropriate.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier location and availability. You may receive more than one package and tracking number.
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your order. If your package has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date and tracking confirms it hasn’t been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
